UNDETERRED INDIA

Travel, Wanderlust, Road Trips, Vacation all these words funnel down to a jar of memories we all like to capture, and of course one of the most important things that comes with it are, the clothes we are going to wear. The aim is to look our best in those picture perfect locations. Recently, I had the privilege to travel across undiscovered parts of West Bengal in India and Indo-Bhutan border and the biggest challenge was to choose clothes which was apt for the location and the answer was right there in handmade, hand loom, and block printed cotton clothes perfectly designed for Indian fusion.

The first dress is a hand loom blue and white stripes from Fabindia's Indigo collection, paired up with a vibrant pair of Strappy Kolhapuri slippers with thread work. This pair of rainbow footwear was bought on the streets of Colaba during one of my visits and can also be paired up with long skirts or shorts which are plain white to highlight your look.

The second outfit was compiled again keeping in mind the roots of India with the top bought from 'The Chalk Boutique' which is worn with a light coloured denim to balance the contrasting colours of the top.

The title Undeterred India aims to promote hand loom, and hand woven clothes made in India which are a perfect solution to your fusion wear cravings.
